Feb 03, 2011·2006 Mollydooker "Carnival of Love" I recall this wine and how powerful but disjointed it seemed on release. This tasting showed how much this wine has toned down and really integrated into a much smoother shiraz. The fruit has really mellowed and consisted predominately of black cherries, black olives and slightly of tar. The tannins are really smooth and also very integrated.
